Product overview

Medium Efficiency Ceiling Filter Media, hot-blast air fusion technology with elastic and tenacious fiber combed to form compact filter structure. Air intake side surface fiber treated with sticky glue, improving the capture of the particles adhesion. Air outlet side pasted with cloth or mesh, in order to ensure the strength and effect of airflow uniformity, with better resistance to corrosion of general solvent, weak acid and Weak alkali.

High-Efficiency Filtration: Progressive fiber structure (density increases layer by layer) with multi-layer particle capture, enhancing filtration efficiency. The adhesive-treated intake side improves particle adsorption, while the outlet side features a mesh/fabric layer to ensure uniform airflow.
Strong Environmental Adaptability: Temperature and humidity resistance: continuous operating temperature ≤120°C, humidity ≤100% RH. Corrosion resistance: withstands general solvents, weak acids, and weak alkalis.
Low Operating Costs: Low initial resistance (25-30 Pa), reducing energy consumption. High dust-holding capacity (650 g/m²), decreasing replacement frequency.
Safe and Durable: Fire resistance rating: complies with European DIN53438-F1 and American UL900-Class2 standards. Anti-fracture fibers + protective mesh design prevent fiber shedding and adapt to temperature and humidity fluctuations.
