The PP Melt Blown Filter Cartridge with Orange Surface is a high-performance filtration solution featuring a unique, wrinkled surface that resembles orange peel. Like the standard PP melt-blown filter cartridges, it is made by fusing polypropylene resin without the use of chemical adhesives. The random bonding of fibers creates a 3D microporous structure, resulting in three distinct layers: fine fibers on the surface, coarse fibers in the middle, and a deep filtration zone. The wrinkled surface ensures a larger filtration area while maintaining the same excellent contaminant removal capabilities, long service life, and low-pressure drop.
