Product Overview
The PP Melt Blown Filter Cartridge is manufactured by fusing polypropylene resin without the use of chemical adhesives. The filtration media is randomly bonded, creating a 3D microporous structure. This design results in three distinct layers: fine fibers on the surface, coarse fibers in the middle, and a deep filtration zone. The unique structure offers high filtration ratings, excellent pollutant retention, and low-pressure drop. The gradual density change from outer to inner layers ensures strong pollutant holding capacity, making it highly effective at removing contaminants such as suspended solids, particulates, and rust. This provides long-lasting filtration performance with minimal maintenance.
