The Phenolic Resin Filter Cartridge is specially designed for high-temperature, high-strength, and high-viscosity liquid filtration. With its unique dual-layer structure and multi-stage filtration design, it ensures superior particle retention, extended service life, and stable filtration performance in demanding industrial environments. The spiral pre-filter outer layer increases the filter’s mechanical strength and eliminates residual debris issues common in ordinary resin filters.
This filter is particularly effective for anti-oil and anti-stick filtration in viscous and greasy media, such as petrochemical refining fluids, helping reduce cartridge replacement frequency and operational costs.
External Winding Structure – Enlarges filtration surface area and minimizes loose debris or contamination from manufacturing.
Long Acrylic Fiber Media – Enhances structural integrity and prevents fiber breakage or displacement common in short-fiber competitors.
Phenolic Resin Impregnation – Strengthens the cartridge body and supports filtration of fluids up to 15,000 SSU (3200 CKS) viscosity.
Silicone Resin Bonding – Ensures zero media contamination and stable filtration.
High Flow Capacity – Delivers 5 GPM (≈ 2.3 T/H) per 10" cartridge.
Dual-Layer Filtration Design – Maximizes particle removal efficiency and extends service life for viscous fluid applications.
Wide Chemical Compatibility – Suitable for aggressive chemical media and elevated operating temperatures.
High Temperature Resistance – Operates reliably up to 145°C.
Phenolic resin filter cartridges are widely used in industries such as coatings, inks, petrochemicals, and specialty chemicals, including:
