The Deep-Pleat Separator HEPA Air Filter is designed for high-efficiency air purification in cleanrooms and critical environments, featuring a thickness greater than 150mm. Unlike mini-pleat HEPA filters, this filter utilizes corrugated paper or aluminum foil separators, which increase airflow capacity, enhance structural stability, and ensure uniform air distribution. The larger filter depth allows for higher airflow rates, making it ideal for high-demand HVAC systems in industries such as pharmaceuticals, microelectronics, semiconductors, coatings, and healthcare.
