Working Principle

The AAL FRP High-Flow Cartridge Filter Housing is a pressure-type filtration system. During operation, the liquid enters the vessel and passes through the high-flow pleated cartridge. Suspended solids, fine particles, colloids, and impurities are trapped within the filtration media, while the clean liquid flows out through the outlet.

With filtration ratings typically ranging from 1 to 100 μm, the housing ensures stable pre-filtration, coarse filtration, or medium-precision liquid purification in high-flow applications.

Precautions

1.Ensure the high-flow cartridge is correctly installed; rotate the locking block 60° to secure it.

2.Do not exceed the rated pressure: ≤ 6 kg/cm².

3.Before startup, open the air-release valve to remove internal air; close it when fully filled.

4.Ensure the inlet–outlet pressure difference does not exceed 1.5 kg/cm². Replace filter media promptly when required.
