Working Principle

The AAL FRP PP Melt-Blown Cartridge Filter Housing operates as a pressure filtration system. Liquid enters the housing and flows through PP melt-blown cartridges, where suspended solids, fine particles, colloids, and impurities are trapped on the fiber layers.

Available filtration accuracy ranges from 1 μm to 100 μm, achieving stable pre-filtration and polishing performance in a wide range of liquids.

Precautions

1. Ensure the filter cartridges are properly installed and tighten the sealing block nut.

2. Do not exceed the rated working pressure (≤ 6 kg/cm²).

3. Before startup, open the air release valve; close it only after all air has been expelled.

4. Keep inlet–outlet differential pressure ≤ 1.5 kg/cm²; replace cartridges promptly when pressure rises.
