The reinforced top-cover design integrates an adjustable sealing nut that ensures secure, leak-free operation even under fluctuating pressure conditions, ensuring consistent filtration quality.
Equipped with a manual lifting ring, operators can easily open or close the housing without tools—minimizing maintenance time.
A built-in guiding system ensures fast and accurate alignment of filter bags during installation, preventing bypass and improving operational reliability.
Inlet and outlet sizes can be selected as DN100, DN125, DN150, DN200, or DN250, meeting diverse pipeline requirements for large-flow industrial systems.
Compared with metal housings, FRP structures are lighter, easier to handle, and offer a longer life cycle with minimal risk of corrosion, scaling, or structural degradation.
During operation, pressurized liquid enters the FRP multi-bag housing and flows through multiple #2 filter bags simultaneously. Suspended solids and contaminants are captured either on the surface or inside the depth layer of the filter media. The filtered liquid exits the housing with significantly lower turbidity.
Depending on the selected filter bags, filtration ratings range from 0.2 to 200 μm, making the system suitable for a wide variety of industrial purification applications.
