The AAL FRP Multi-Bag Filter Housing, engineered by AAL Filter, is a high-performance filtration system designed to meet the requirements of large-flow industrial applications. Constructed from premium fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP), the housing provides outstanding corrosion resistance, excellent mechanical strength, and long-term durability even in harsh chemical, seawater, and industrial environments.

Supporting 2 to 12 standard #2 filter bags (Φ180 × 820 mm), this multi-bag design significantly increases filtration area, dirt-holding capacity, and operational efficiency. The system is ideal for high-volume pre-filtration, coarse filtration, and medium-precision liquid treatment processes.

Working Principle

During operation, pressurized liquid enters the FRP multi-bag housing and flows through multiple #2 filter bags simultaneously. Suspended solids and contaminants are captured either on the surface or inside the depth layer of the filter media. The filtered liquid exits the housing with significantly lower turbidity.

Depending on the selected filter bags, filtration ratings range from 0.2 to 200 μm, making the system suitable for a wide variety of industrial purification applications.

Precautions

● Ensure the filter bag is correctly installed and tighten the sealing block nut securely

● Do not exceed the rated working pressure (≤ 6 kg/cm²).

● Before system startup, open the air-release valve and close it once all air has been expelled.

● The inlet-outlet pressure difference should not exceed 1.5 kg/cm²; replace filter media promptly once this limit is reached.
