The filter housing is manufactured from durable UPVC material through one-piece molding, ensuring structural integrity and consistent quality. Its lightweight design allows for easy installation, cartridge replacement, and maintenance.
Both the inlet and outlet are positioned on the same horizontal axis and connected via 1.5” or 2” union joints, providing a compact, space-saving layout with a clean and professional appearance.
The internal flow path is precisely engineered to allow water to enter from the center bottom and flow evenly outward, minimizing pressure loss and ensuring uniform filtration. An air vent valve on the top enables convenient air release and stable system operation.
Both the bottom distribution system and top cartridge clamping plate are designed as integrated assemblies, simplifying cartridge installation and ensuring reliable compression. This design effectively prevents internal leakage and enhances sealing performance.
Type A: Utilizes a wide-thread cap connection between the cover and body, ensuring strong sealing and effortless cartridge replacement.

Note:
● Inside the housing, various filter cartridges with an inner diameter of 28–30 mm and an outer diameter of 60–70 mm can be installed, available in different materials and micron ratings. The design accommodates flat-end cartridges or standard 222 O-ring cartridges, in 3-cartridge or 5-cartridge configurations.
● The maximum operating temperature is 45°C.
● The top cover is equipped with threaded ports (size G1/4") for installing an air vent valve and a pressure gauge.
● When using a metric pressure gauge, an adapter is required.
● If a PP diaphragm pressure gauge is needed, please specify this when placing the order.
