The AAL3C UPVC Cartridge Filter Housing is designed to hold three filter cartridges, offering compact size and stable filtration performance for small to medium-capacity water treatment systems. It is ideal for applications requiring high-precision pre-filtration with limited installation space. 

Reference Flow (m³/h) is calculated based on the data of 40'' Cartridge Filter (5μm): 1.5–2 m³/h

AAL5C Model – 5-Cartridge UPVC Filter Housing Specifications

The AAL5C UPVC Cartridge Filter Housing accommodates five filter cartridges, providing higher flow capacity and longer filtration cycles. It is suitable for large-scale pure water systems, seawater desalination, and industrial liquid treatment processes.

 Reference Flow (m³/h) is calculated based on the data of 40'' Cartridge Filter (5μm): 1.5–2 m³/h

Note:

● Inside the housing, various filter cartridges with an inner diameter of 28–30 mm and an outer diameter of 60–70 mm can be installed, available in different materials and micron ratings. The design accommodates flat-end cartridges or standard 222 O-ring cartridges, in 3-cartridge or 5-cartridge configurations.

● The maximum operating temperature is 45°C.

● The top cover is equipped with threaded ports (size G1/4") for installing an air vent valve and a pressure gauge.

● When using a metric pressure gauge, an adapter is required.

● If a PP diaphragm pressure gauge is needed, please specify this when placing the order.
