The AAL8C & AAL9C UPVC Cartridge Filter Housing from AAL Filter is a high-precision security filter (also known as a precision filter housing) designed for medium-to-large flow industrial and commercial water treatment processes. Built from high-quality unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (UPVC), this housing delivers excellent corrosion resistance and long-term reliability, especially in environments where stainless steel may suffer degradation.

AAL9C UPVC Cartridge Filter Housing – 9-Cartridge Specifications

The AAL9C UPVC Cartridge Filter Housing is designed to hold nine filter cartridges, offering even greater filtration capacity, higher flowrates, and longer filtration cycles compared with lower-core models. It supports 20'', 30'', and 40'' standard filter cartridges and provides robust performance for large industrial water treatment systems, high-salinity environments, and demanding chemical processing applications. Its durable UPVC structure delivers outstanding corrosion resistance, making it a cost-effective solution for high-volume and continuous operation scenarios.

Reference Flow (m³/h) is calculated based on the data of 40'' Cartridge Filter (5μm): 1.5–2 m³/h 

Note:Inside the housing, various filter cartridges with an inner diameter of 28–30 mm and an outer diameter of 60–70 mm can be installed, available in different materials and micron ratings. The design accommodates flat-end cartridges or standard 222 O-ring cartridges, in 8-cartridge or 9-cartridge configurations.

The maximum operating temperature is 45°C.

The top cover is equipped with threaded ports (size G1/4") for installing an air vent valve and a pressure gauge.

When using a metric pressure gauge, an adapter is required.

If a PP diaphragm pressure gauge is needed, please specify this when placing the order.
