Manufactured from imported Polypropylene Homopolymer (PPH) using one-piece injection molding, the AALBF-4AX offers a seamless, weld-free structure that completely eliminates leakage risks commonly associated with welded housings. Its lightweight yet robust construction provides excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, and most aggressive chemicals.

The AALBF-4AX is primarily designed as a bag-type filter housing compatible with standard Size #4 filter bags (φ105 × 380 mm). When required, it can also be modified into a single-cartridge configuration accommodating one 10″ filter cartridge, offering additional process flexibility.

Fully compliant with international manufacturing standards, the AALBF-4AX is compatible with filter bags from globally recognized brands such as EATON, FSI, and PALL, as well as domestic standard filter bags—ensuring easy sourcing and worldwide replacement availability.

With a polished inner surface, optimized internal flow design, and radial sealing basket structure, the AALBF-4AX delivers stable, high-efficiency solid–liquid separation while reducing pump energy consumption and simplifying cleaning and maintenance. The housing is rated for operating pressures up to 6 bar (87 psi) and temperatures up to 90°C (194°F), making it suitable for a wide range of chemical and industrial filtration applications.

Operating Instructions

1.Clean all O-rings and sealing grooves before use and place the O-rings correctly without twisting.

2.Insert the filter bag into the support basket, ensuring the bag ring fits tightly against the housing or basket wall.

3.Place the bag hold-down ring vertically and press evenly to secure the filter bag.

4.Install the inner pressure plate and ensure it presses evenly on the sealing ring.

5.Tighten the housing cover clockwise until fully sealed.

6.Install the pressure gauge and fittings securely.

7.Close the drain valve, open inlet and outlet valves slowly, and start the pump.

Filter Bag Replacement Procedure

1.Stop the pump, close inlet and outlet valves, and open the drain valve to discharge all liquid inside the housing.

2.Confirm that internal pressure is fully released, then open the cover counterclockwise.

3.Remove the inner pressure plate and bag hold-down ring.

4.Take out the used filter bag and clean the housing interior and components.

5.Install a new filter bag following the operating instructions above.

6.Restart the system after confirming proper installation and sealing.

Important Notice:Never open the filter housing cover while the system is under pressure or in operation.
